Our Proven Investment Process

1. Acquire
We sift through hundreds of properties to find the few that meets our high standards for zoning, price and location. Once we identity a promising project we underwrite and complete extensive due diligence to confirm our understanding and get a solid scope of work.

2. Entitle
In the permitting stage, our team of experienced professionals coordinate the design and approval of architectural plans, structural/civil engineering as well and any land use and rezoning approvals. In a matter of months the potential of the project is manifested.

3. Build
Once permits are approved, construction begins and the site transforms. We build all of our projects to keep as long-term rentals and as such pride ourselves on building modern, high quality, and environmentally minded homes.

4. Refinance
Once the construction is complete, we lease up the newly built units, refinance our construction loan into long-term financing and repay our investors. Thus far, at this stage, 91% of our investors have chosen to roll their funds into the next deal.
