Jordan founded Jasmine Investments in 2018. He enjoys the challenge and creativity of infill development in Portland. Jordan is a CPA and Licensed OR/WA Realtor. Jordan brings 10 years of finance experience to the real estate development world. In the past, he worked as a finance consultant for nonprofit organizations in the Bay Area and in Portland. Jordan completed his BA in Social Welfare & Finance at UC Berkeley.

Dima brings fifteen years of construction experience to Jasmine Investments. He is extremely skillful in coordinating new construction projects, and enjoys the growth and challenge each new project presents. Over the yearsm Dima has managed over two dozen new construction projects in Portland & Vancouver. Dima has built a loyal network of subcontractors by treating folks with respect.

Hien has extensive experience permitting SFRs, apartment buildings, townhomes and ADUs in the City of Portland. Hien has stewarded the permitting of over three hundred units from concept to final approval. Hien has built an extensive network of relationships from engineers to city reviewers that allow him to work though issues and get things approved.

James Brown is the owner of Centerline Concepts Land Surveys. His company’s work is instrumental in every project we develop, and we are lucky to be their client. Centerline works side by side with developers, builders, municipals, and individual customers on commercial, residential, and government projects.

Sarah founded Strata Land Use Planning after working for the City of Portland for 14 years. Strata’s work focuses on early zoning code analysis to guide development plans, ongoing review of plans to ensure compliance with zoning code requirements, problem-solving when zoning issues arise, and preparing and managing land use entitlements for projects in jurisdictions throughout the many cities and counties in the Portland metropolitan area.

After receiving her Master’s of Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University, she spent 22 years working for the City of Portland. At the City of Portland, she reviewed a range of project types from residential to commercial, institutional, and industrial. Emily prioritizes partnership. She values being a guide, a resource, and a contributor in realizing development projects.

Chris has specialized in real estate law since 2003. He has a specialty in forming Oregon and Washington condominiums and subdivisions. Before starting Scott Law PDX, Chris worked for several nationally recognized law firms and was also an in-house attorney for the Portland Division of the nation’s largest publicly traded homebuilder.

Scott is the VP of Builder Services at WFG National Title. He’s worked in the title insurance industry since 1998. Scott is an expert in land use title work and recording coordination and has served Jasmine Investments countless times. We are very lucky to work with Scott.

Michael holds a Master’s degree in Hydrogeology and Ph.D in Engineering Geology and has more than 40 years of experience in geological and environmental engineering, sampling, testing, construction support, project management, quality control, site management, and risk assessment.
